We reserve the right to discontinue any product, collection, or design at any time.

3. Made-to-Order Production

Every OG90s garment is produced specifically after your order has been placed.

As production begins shortly after order confirmation, each product is manufactured exclusively for you.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including:

Color
Shipping address

4. Sizing

A detailed size guide is available on every product page.

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size before placing an order.

If you require assistance choosing a size, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

Incorrect size selection by the customer does not automatically qualify for a return, exchange, or refund. Please refer to our Made-to-Order, Returns & Exchanges Policy for complete details.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Payment must be completed before production begins.

OG90s currently accepts prepaid orders only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

6. Order Acceptance

Your order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not constitute acceptance of the order.

OG90s reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in situations including, but not limited to:

Pricing errors
Payment verification issues
Suspected fraudulent activity
Product availability
Technical errors

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be processed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated production and shipping times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

Public holidays
Operational issues
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our return, replacement, exchange, and refund procedures are governed by our Made-to-Order, Returns & Exchanges Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted that policy.

9. OGCredits

In certain situations, OG90s may issue OGCredits instead of a monetary refund.

OGCredits:

Can only be redeemed on the official OG90s website.
Are non-transferable.
Cannot be redeemed for cash.
Have no monetary value outside the OG90s website.
May be subject to expiry as communicated at the time of issue.

OG90s reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the OGCredits program at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

10. Product Appearance

We make every effort to display our products, colors, and artwork as accurately as possible.

However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor, mobile device, screen settings, lighting conditions, and printing processes.

Minor variations do not constitute manufacturing defects.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the OG90s website, including but not limited to:

Illustrations
Product designs
Graphics
Logos
Branding
Product photography
Website design
Videos

is the property of OG90s or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from OG90s.

12. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the website.
Upload malicious software or harmful code.
Copy or misuse website content.
Engage in fraudulent transactions.

Violation of these Terms may result in termination of access to the website.
