Shipping Policy

At OG90s, every product is made exclusively after your order is placed. We don't stock pre-printed inventory—each garment is freshly produced, quality-checked, and prepared specifically for you before it is shipped.


1. Order Processing

Once your order is successfully placed, production begins shortly thereafter.

Our standard production time is:

2–5 business days

During periods of high demand, new drops, or holidays, production may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping

Once your order has been produced and passed our quality inspection, it will be shipped to your delivery address.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

These are estimated delivery timelines and may vary depending on your location and courier partner.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping is FREE on all prepaid orders across India.

There are no additional shipping charges for standard delivery.

At present, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.


4. Multiple Products in One Order

If your order contains more than one product, your items may be:

  • Shipped together, or

  • Shipped separately depending on production schedules and fulfillment logistics.

If your order arrives in multiple shipments, you will not incur any additional shipping charges.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

You can use the tracking link provided to monitor your shipment in real time.


6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier network disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Operational delays beyond our control

We appreciate your patience in such situations and will do our best to keep you informed.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email address are accurate before completing your purchase.

OG90s is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your details before production or dispatch begins.


8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

the shipment may be returned to our fulfillment facility.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.


9. International Shipping

At present, OG90s ships only within India.

We look forward to expanding internationally in the future.
