Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

At OG90s, every piece is created with intention.

Unlike mass-produced apparel, every OG90s garment is made exclusively after your order is placed. We do not keep shelves full of pre-printed inventory. Each T-shirt is freshly printed, quality-checked, and prepared specifically for its owner.

This approach allows us to focus on premium craftsmanship, reduce unnecessary waste, and deliver the highest possible print quality.

Because every product is made specifically for you, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


1. Made-to-Order Products

All OG90s products are made to order.

Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed, which means your garment is manufactured specifically for you and cannot simply be returned to inventory.

For this reason, please ensure that you have selected the correct:

  • Size

  • Design

  • Color

  • Shipping Address

  • Contact Information

before placing your order.


2. Size Guide

Please refer to the size chart available on every product page before placing your order.

If you are unsure about sizing, we encourage you to contact us before ordering. Our team will be happy to help you choose the most suitable size.

As every product is made specifically for you, orders placed in an incorrect size chosen by the customer are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.


3. Payment Policy

All OG90s orders are prepaid only.

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

This helps us maintain our made-to-order production model, reduce unnecessary waste, and ensure every garment is produced exclusively for its intended owner.


4. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

  • The product was damaged during shipping.

  • The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.


5. How to Report an Issue

If your order qualifies under the conditions above, please email us at:

Include:

  • Order Number

  • Full Name

  • Contact Number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the shipping package (if damaged)


6. Unboxing Video

To help us resolve claims quickly and fairly, we strongly recommend recording a continuous, unedited unboxing video while opening your parcel.

For claims involving:

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong product received

  • Missing items

  • Transit damage

an uninterrupted unboxing video beginning before the sealed package is opened may be required for verification.

Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may not be be eligible for replacement or refund.


7. Inspection

Once your claim has been approved, our support team will provide return instructions if required.

Returned products will be inspected after they are received.

If the issue is verified, OG90s will proceed with the appropriate resolution.


8. Replacements

Whenever possible, OG90s will always provide a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement products will be produced and shipped as quickly as possible at no additional cost to the customer.


9. Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

  • A replacement cannot be provided.

  • The ordered product is permanently unavailable.

  • OG90s is unable to fulfill its replacement obligation.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.


10. OGCredits

In exceptional circumstances, OG90s may choose to issue OGCredits instead of a monetary refund.

OGCredits:

  • Can only be redeemed on the official OG90s website.

  • Are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Are non-transferable.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Cannot be combined with cash redemption requests.

The issuance of OGCredits is entirely at the discretion of OG90s and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


11. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect design selected by the customer.

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Delay caused by courier partners after dispatch.

  • Minor color differences caused by varying screen displays.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products returned without prior approval.

  • Products returned without original tags.


12. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before production has started.

Once production begins, the order enters our made-to-order workflow and can no longer be cancelled.

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


13. Quality Guarantee

Every OG90s product undergoes quality inspection before dispatch.

If you receive a product with a verified manufacturing defect or an item different from what you ordered, we will make it right through a replacement or, where a replacement is not possible, a refund.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind the quality of every product we create.
